Searches boards for an existing request, opens cards from conversations, moves and labels them as state changes, and works the checklists.

Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Ayro searches Trello for a member by name, username, or email to find who's assigned to a board or card. Nobody has to scroll a member list to figure out who owns a task.
Ayro adds a new item to a Trello checklist when a conversation surfaces a step that still needs doing. The task list stays current without someone copying it over from chat by hand.
Ayro archives every card in a Trello list once its work is finished. The board clears out automatically instead of someone archiving each finished card one by one.
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Trello actions Ayro runs to close it.
Ayro searches across the boards the connection can see, then reads the cards in the relevant list, so a customer asking what happened to their request is told which stage it is sitting in.
When a request is new, Ayro adds the card to the intake list in the requester's own wording, posts the detail as a comment, and attaches the screenshot or file they sent.
Ayro moves a card to the next list when the state changes, applies the labels your board filters on, and sets the due date that was agreed in the conversation.
Ayro adds the standard checklist to a new card, appends the extra step this case needs, and marks items complete as each one is confirmed, so the board reflects progress instead of intent.
How it works
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Ayro reads the Trello actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
Authorize the Trello account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Ayro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Ayro maps it to the Trello actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.
