Can Ayro handle a business running several stores?

Yes. List Stores returns every location and Get Store returns its address and metadata, while List Inventory reports stock per variant per store and Update Inventory adjusts levels at a specific one. An availability question is answered for the branch the customer is actually asking about.

Can Ayro fix a customer's loyalty balance?

It can maintain the record but not the points. Create or Update Customer keeps the customer details current and Get Customer and List Customers read them back. There is no direct points adjustment in the toolkit, so a balance dispute goes to a human agent with the receipt history already attached.

Can Ayro tie a receipt to the shift it was rung up on?

Yes. List Shifts returns shift records for reporting and auditing, and List Employees (Advanced) and Get Employee identify who they belong to. That is enough to explain a till discrepancy by pointing at the shift rather than guessing at it.
