Retrieves calls and transcripts, reports scorecards and coaching metrics, books meetings, and runs privacy erasure requests.
57actions available
Every action runs live through MCP. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Ayro pulls the list of recorded calls stored in a Gong folder for a rep to review. Reps find the right call recording without searching Gong manually.
Ayro removes a meeting that was created through Gong's Meetings API when it's no longer needed. Nobody has to hunt down and clean up a stray calendar entry by hand.
Ayro grants a specific user access to a Gong call recording on request. Managers can share a sensitive call with one teammate without opening it up to everyone.
Each card is one request a support team gets, and the Gong actions Ayro runs to close it.
Ayro finds the call by date range or filter, opens it by ID, and reads the transcript, so a question about what a customer committed to is answered from the recording rather than someone's memory.
Ayro pulls the scorecards filled in for a rep, the coaching metrics behind them, and the interaction statistics for the period, so a one-to-one starts with the numbers already gathered.
Ayro creates the meeting in Gong so the call is captured, moves it when the time changes, and checks the meeting integration is healthy before the invite goes out.
When someone asks to be removed, Ayro looks up what Gong holds against their email or phone number and runs the erasure, so the request is completed the same day it arrives.
How it works
Connect once, then just ask. There is no workflow builder to learn and nothing to maintain — Ayro reads the Gong actions it has and picks the ones a request needs.
Authorize the Gong account your team already uses — one consent screen, no API keys, no mapping tables. Ayro can only do what you granted that account, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Describe the job the way you would hand it to a teammate. Ayro maps it to the Gong actions that close it and chains as many as the request needs.
The agent runs the actions inside the conversation the customer is already in, so nobody copies data between tabs and your team can take over at any point.

FAQ
Setup, permissions, and the limits of what Ayro can do inside Gong.
No. Gong does the recording; Ayro reads what Gong captured through Get Call By ID and Get Call Transcript, and can register a call that happened elsewhere with Add New Call or attach a file with Add Call Media. There is no action that places or joins a call.
