Can Attio tell another system when Ayro changes something?

Through Attio's own webhooks. Create Webhook registers a subscription, List Webhooks shows what is already wired, and Update Webhook and Delete Webhook maintain it, so a record Ayro touches can trigger work downstream without anything polling for changes.

Can Ayro reference a call that was recorded in Attio?

It can list them. List Call Recordings and List Meetings return what Attio has captured, and List Threads and List Notes cover the written record, so a follow-up cites the conversation that actually happened.

How does Ayro know what it is allowed to do in Attio?

Get Current Token Info returns the scopes on the connected access token, and List Workspace Members and Get Workspace Member show the workspace it belongs to. Anything outside those scopes is refused by Attio rather than silently skipped.
